At a great deal of weddings that I shoot the bride and groom turn to ask me how to cut the cake. With a coordinator like Tammy, they feel good about cutting the cake because she walks them through it, but that’s not really what’’s important. She also directed the Austin Club’s staff to cut and distribute the cake and no more thought was put into the cake after they’ve cut it. I’ve seen so many non-coordinated weddings where the bride or her mother were scrambling to get an aunt or some other guests to take care of cutting the distributing of the cake to the guests. It’s so nice to have a coordinator!
